Our Coffee
At illys Cafe we choose to serve Atomic organic Essenza coffee for a few reasons.
Firstly, their coffee tastes great and is rich in flavour.
Secondly, Atomic Coffee Roasters are a New Zealand company.
Lastly, they are a socially and ethically responsible company.
Atomic pledge to purchase 100% of their blend coffees from Fair Trade co-operatives,
with the majority in partnership with Trade Aid NZ, a member of the World Fair Trade Organisation.

Catering & Events
We offer a catering service based on a select menu, which we will prepare fresh on the day of your event, available for you to pick up. Please place your order one week in advance.
illys Cafe is the perfect venue for your next soirée. Whether it's a birthday party, family reunion, corporate function, engagement party or something equally as exciting, our spaces are bound to be the perfect fit. Centrally located on the main street of Tapanui we are easy to find and we have a fireplace sure to keep you and your guests comfortable even during the coldest months of the year. If you would like us to host your event we ask that you contact us to discuss details and that you provide at least one month's notice.
